The company culture is very open, you get to socialize, participate in a lot of projects and learn new stuff. Private healthcare If you're in Cluj, you have lots of benefits

No communication whatsoever, and layoffs without telling the team why Salary is mid, depending on the role If you're not in Cluj, you don't have lots of benefits. Slow career growth
