      Flexible hours, freedom in how you want to conduct your own business, freedom in ways to consult clients, relaxed environment

      Cons

      Insufficient and antiquated training model, lack of support from senior advisors, hiring criteria...well, there is none (a high school diploma is enough)

      Good benefits, medical, dental etc.

      Cons

      No cost of living pay increase. High sales pressure (90 closed sales per quarter) Heavy micro management, lots of feedback. None of which is positive. Standing consistantly for 9 to 10 hours with one 45 minute break. Unethical procedures used to meet sales goals. No incentive compensation unless ALL 90 sales are "closed"

      Pros

      The company offers great benefits such as 24 days PTO (after 3 years of service) great insurance matching 6% for 401K.

      Cons

      The past year this place has become a nightmare! They keep raising our sales numbers and forgetting that customers are extremely hesitant to out their money in banks. We have horrible rates and yet we are forced to keep pushing products on customers. It is very hard to get credit approved which makes sales that much harder. They consistently bark at us to make sure that we are not gaming to get sales and in the same breath we are asked to do things that are completely unethical. As soon as I get another job offer I am out of here and I have been a very happy employee for 5 years.
