      Pros

      As in any job position, it is the people you work with that can make your experience a good one or one that you regret. Because Wella makes products for the hairdressing industry, most of the people you interact with are easy going, creative hairstylists.

      Cons

      As fun as work here can sometimes be, it is a company with headquarters in Germany and the company is very, very structured and "corporate".

      For a designer, Wella provides opportunities for real creative work. You are able to collaborate with other artists, such as stylists, photographers, and packaging specialists.

      Cons

      Like any corporation, you have to accept that there will be stringent processes and some red tape. In can be challenging to accommodate everyone's opinion, such as the sales force and retailers.
