      Pros

      Wella was a different company prior to it's sale to P&G. It used to be a great place to work with talent, creative people while making a great salary. Since the sale to P&G, creativity is no longer appreciated and most of those who were passionate about what they did for work, have left and moved to other companies within the beauty industry.

      Hard work, long hours, no appreciation and way to structured...now.

      Flex time for personal needs. Benefits, vacation time are great. They encourage creativity and building relationships.
