Cons
- Toxic attitudes from certain managers , who create lobbies and disrespect the principles of equity and inclusion. - Unstable working environment , under constant restructuring that requires from the EE to work extra hours, lacking however the data and info needed. Overtime is not paid. - Inhuman and insincere behaviour to EEs that "dare" to suffer from a long time sickness. They are laid off , as an act of punishment. - Favoritism and discriminations, politics is the norm.
