      Working with the product and color fun, but lots of room for improvement.

      The work can be really fun and exciting as a creative in this brand that's all about color. Very proud of some of the campaign work.

      Cons

      Poor organization, and not a lot of support from leadership when there are clear organizational issue effecting the teams. Previous creative director was not supportive, clear in direction, collaborative, or approachable. Stressful work/life balance due.
