Have to work like slaves, no work life balance, not treated professionally by the managers. Compensation is not to industry standards. Employees have to work at the stake of self respect.

Pros

The people you work with, 70% look out for you and have met some really good friends from time working there.

Cons

Management constantly harassing you and being on your back adding stress on top of stress. Being stuck on the same wage which was £8.46 for 4 years without getting any sniff of promotion even though it was completely deserved they took agency workers in instead of promoting. Spoke to employee's like dirt at times and shouted in people's faces not something I would expect in the street never mind at a workplace. Also make you do various other tasks which has nothing to do with your role what so ever. If your face doesn't fit here they will make your working life hell.
