Company struggling to find it’s identity, with poor leadership

Pros

The company is/was a distributorship, and is currently trying to forge a new business unit offering engineering services, led by non engineers and salesmen. The work is interesting enough, but management is chaotic and downright disrespectful. General manager is a bully and frequently loses his temper and has no idea what he’s doing. Everyone else is cool.

Cons

Management is just a joke. Out of the 23 people that work here, at least half have been recruited in the past year. Turnover is extremely high.

Some nice people who work there.

Cons

The company makes alot of money but doesn't like to give pay rise or bonuses that matches the company performance. Although there are cases of staff and directors taking bribery from vendors reported up to management, no action was taken.

Paid well with no clear expectations

Cons

Inept management from the top down. The lack of employee engagement is most evident from the management group who have no clue as to how to create or implement a solid plan. Weir's prime directive is to systematically exhaust all resources from the companies they have acquired leaving them insolvent. Reference: Wall Street, circa 1987.
