      Pay is above average but this is about the only redeeming quality at this company.

      Cons

      Aside from the pay, everything else is horrible. Management is clueless. This is run by a "Good ol' Boy" network that is practically impenetrable by the female species.

      Global capacity can lead to great opportunities which are outside of Australia. However the organisation heavily impacted by commodity downturn.

      Cons

      The APAC business is North Sydney centric, with limited opportunities for those staff outside this region. Strong recommendation would be to move to the north Sydney office.
