The men and women that work at the district level are great to work with and very professional. They communicate effectively and work together to accomplish singular goals.

Cons

The corporate management have no idea how to lead. They make uneducated decisions based on favoritism and ignore the facts and needs of each district.

Poor management for customer service department, unhappy employees, high stress levels, no formal training, untrustworthy HR department, faced discrimination as a person with disability, juvenile level of petty and competitive behavior from both my manager and peers
