      People are great, pay is decent. Some opportunity for advancement if you are "in" with the higher ups

      Political. Not always a bad thing but undeserving people get promoted.

      Pros

      friendly co workers. Co workers have great ideas to improve work environment and success of company. Compensation is fair

      Cons

      Complete detachment of upper management to personnel and market. Management does not understand the market its in. High turnover with management. Constant business plan change which makes an improving situation worse. Extremely poor communication between departments resulting in working against each other rather than with. No sense of community. Constant supply chain issues.
