Work simple, no stress. Normally you can organize your time. The salary is in relation of your capacity to ask before start work. If the enterprise need you can be good. The enterprise is strong and salary is sure. After few years you are inside the system and you have good opportunity to work some were in the world for the some enterprise. But become also more difficult find work in industrial productions.

Cons

Go home 2 time for years. Every day is a war maintain your position, everybody try to bring yours workers, your position, etc. for survive. Every day can happen that you must go home without have time to do the bags, without any motivation. Drinker and lady scout bring the best positions.
