Very good organization also in countries in which conditions are not ideal, welfare for expatriate personnel, great compensation and benefits

Cons

Administration management prevails on technical and productive employees. It is not easy to follow all the instructions on digital reporting.

Really exceptional construction project. Salary on this position higher than average salary on similar position at other companies in my geograpic location.

Cons

No flexible hours, it is difficult to get a few days holiday. Some managers are really weird. Furtunatelly most of them are OK
