      Pros

      Big projects and good peers, that’s all what I can say.

      Cons

      Not always they honour the terms of the employees employment agreement, tough atmosphere at times, not smart ways to save money are part of the culture. Too few resources to work with.

      Iconic company and iconic projects Fast passed environment You can really get involved in multiple areas and have great exposure

      Cons

      Poor work life balance (10 hour days even for office staff) Salaries which do not reflect market value but rather offering you significantly less and giving you non financial benefit of ‘the project’ - not worth it!

      Staffs at office gets all sorts of holidays compared to the staffs who is working at site.Salary varies for individual working in the same post.
