- knowledgeable colleagues which have also emotional intelligence and treat you as part of their family - amazing projects, best technologies in the industry and unique background and culture - interesting opportunities for new graduates

Cons

- wage and career development are not related to performance, either to politic - personal needs and job preferences are not considered in the relocation to different projects - no control nor compensation for overtime work
