very toxic procedures and no communication between departments

the salary is wired on the card, on time

Cons

the value of the salary for the amount of work and extra hours that are not paid, no storage was offered for IT equipments, no raises after 1 year of working, no respect from top management to participate in some IT training meetings (was interrupted frequently) overall experience : the IT department is not significant at all - it's treated like the cleaning staff.
