Pros
Can't think of any, except perhaps the free beer and well-stocked kitchenettes. Also, close proximity to senior leadership means you can listen in on some really cool, high-level strategic conversations which you might otherwise not be privy to.
Cons
This is a very broad list of cons based on my short experience at the firm. I tried diving deeper into each point in another review, but was flagged several times for language inconsistent with Glassdoor's policies. So I'll keep it brief: -Highly political -Manager was unsupportive of personal growth. No direction, guidance, or even team huddles for that matter to foster camaraderie and drive towards goals -Poor training resources and onboarding process -Folks who have been around for awhile at the company usually aren't very friendly or encouraging, behave unresponsive, and have a showy attitude when it comes to collaborating cross functionally
