Pros

Can't think of any, except perhaps the free beer and well-stocked kitchenettes. Also, close proximity to senior leadership means you can listen in on some really cool, high-level strategic conversations which you might otherwise not be privy to.

Cons

This is a very broad list of cons based on my short experience at the firm. I tried diving deeper into each point in another review, but was flagged several times for language inconsistent with Glassdoor's policies. So I'll keep it brief: -Highly political -Manager was unsupportive of personal growth. No direction, guidance, or even team huddles for that matter to foster camaraderie and drive towards goals -Poor training resources and onboarding process -Folks who have been around for awhile at the company usually aren't very friendly or encouraging, behave unresponsive, and have a showy attitude when it comes to collaborating cross functionally

Pros

the only thing i can think of is the few good people i met there - some real human beings help each other survive this toxic environment

Cons

terrible management flirting with slavery (staff is forced to work extra hours which are not paid, candidates are told so at interview stage); awful working conditions (no heating, dirty facilities that lead to severe diseases across staff); directors are resentful and treat employees like cattle; low salaries and zero benefits

Foot in the door and not much more.

Pros

Free snacks and beer and a good place to get your foot in the door. Most of the people are great to work with and even hang out with outside of work. The company does try to provide a fun work environment (however its usually only really fun if you like drinking, drinking, and more drinking.)

Cons

Salary is incredibly low and getting any sort of raise or promotion is hard. They would rather hire outside of the company for upper management positions rather then give it to people who have been working here longer. Hard work just gets you more work to do with little to no compensation. Being able to do your work just gets you the work of others who are too busy socializing and drinking during the day to do their own work. There are so many people at this company and no one seems to know who does what. Its kind of sad when management cant even seem to remember the names and faces of everyone who is on their team. We only get 6 holidays off a year, so be ready to waste most of your time off for all the other holidays almost every other company gets.
