- High turnover - Day to day work very different from what was promised or advertised in jib description - Very incompetent managers with no experience (I had 2 more years of experience that my manager - wasn't told who I would be reporting too when accepted the offer) - Very long hours, worked from 8 to 8 every day - Politics run the place, want to get promoted, become friends with the right people - Witnessed many examples of people being told they were doing a great work only to be slammed with a performance improvement plan - if this happens to you, they just want to document things before they try to push you to quite (they don't want to have to fire you as that would hurt Wayfair Inc. with the State of MA) - Don't try to be creative or try a different approach that you've learned from previous experience, do it the Wayfair way of the highway - Very poor pay and laughable equity

No communication, lies, management don't care about the lives of the customer service agents. Avoid the company.
