      A good place to work for top performers. A bad place to work for under-achievers.

      Pros

      Relaxed environment, substantial salary increases for top performers, great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Most employees have only worked at one company (CSN) since coming out of college, so there are varying levels of professionalism and maturity across every level and department in the company. CSN is known for underpaying employees until they prove themselves. Some underperforming employees are unhappy that they are still underpaid but the employees doing a good job are getting raises. Also lots of tech issues with the sites.

      Great benefits. Excellent opportunities to advance in an exciting company. Focused on training and empowering employees. A fun atmosphere and a young company.

      Cons

      Some entry level employees tend to get frustrated because they aren't moving up as quickly as they expect and they don't feel they are challenged. Management really appreciates people that go above and beyond and those are the people that have success in the company (not a negative, just advice to those that are frustrated).

      Pros

      Great people, great environment. If you are a person who cares about having stimulating work that changes from day to day, this is a good job to have. The company is growing and that counts for a lot. Benefits are very competitive. There's always a new challenge yet to be solved. There is a lot of teamwork and it is easy to feel like you are part of a solution. If you have ideas they will be given an audience, which is not always the case at other companies.

      Cons

      There isn't a long list of negative aspects; it's a great place to work overall. One issue is that we are growing so quickly that we can't always keep up with it. Individual pay could be higher.
