      A good place to work for top performers. A bad place to work for under-achievers.

      Pros

      Relaxed environment, substantial salary increases for top performers, great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Most employees have only worked at one company (CSN) since coming out of college, so there are varying levels of professionalism and maturity across every level and department in the company. CSN is known for underpaying employees until they prove themselves. Some underperforming employees are unhappy that they are still underpaid but the employees doing a good job are getting raises. Also lots of tech issues with the sites.

      Pros

      Great people, great environment. If you are a person who cares about having stimulating work that changes from day to day, this is a good job to have. The company is growing and that counts for a lot. Benefits are very competitive. There's always a new challenge yet to be solved. There is a lot of teamwork and it is easy to feel like you are part of a solution. If you have ideas they will be given an audience, which is not always the case at other companies.

      Cons

      There isn't a long list of negative aspects; it's a great place to work overall. One issue is that we are growing so quickly that we can't always keep up with it. Individual pay could be higher.

      Pros

      Most of the people who work there are great. The only problem is none of the good people are in upper management so the morale is getting worse and worse.

      Cons

      The pay is terrible, they give you false hope for advancement and they don't give you any guidance. The land of false promises is a very accurate description of CSN. They aren't honest with you even if you ask them directly, and they lie. It's just not a fun place to work anymore. They are hiring from the outside if you look good on paper, nothing else matters. What used to matter is now long gone.
