LOW PAY. Aside from tech pay is low. Difficulty retaining talent. Entry level positions for non-tech range from 30k in category management to 45k for business analyst. Candidates waste their time travelling extensively interviewing for positions they would never have applied for had they known the salary. Bonuses are rare and also low. Extremely high turnover, work is not well structured, certain team members are completely incompetent due to lack of talent. Recruiting video shows almost all ivy league employees however upon starting work, it becomes obvious those are the only ive leaguers at the entire company.
