Pros

Wayfair encourages every employee to have an opinion and to push for success of their own initiatives. We put the customer first, so if we can prove their is a valid customer case to get behind some work, we do it. Ideas come from all levels and are advocated upon up through the organization.

Cons

We have more work to do, than there are people to do it. We are in a high growth phase and are in need of top notch candidates to help us achieve our goals.

Pros

I have worked at Wayfair for many years, and can honestly say I wouldn't want to work anywhere else. If you are "good" and "hard working" there's a spot for you to fit in with the Wayfair Culture. We really embody the "work hard play hard" mentality. Our B2B department moves quick and is always changing, which keeps the job fun/exciting/engaging. The job is both challenging and rewarding - with lots of recognition for top performers. We are a loud/fun/social sales floor - and anyone who likes building relationships, will hit the ground running. As a company, Wayfair is great. The benefits/perks are outstanding. From the free sporting events, to the company parties, to the snack rooms, to the wellness resources, Wayfair has it all. Wouldn't want to work anywhere else A+ Company

Cons

If you don't like fast moving companies that are always changing, this may not be the place for you

Pros

Wayfair is a fantastic place to work if you enjoy learning a ton, working cross functionally and moving fast. The company values smart ideas from all employees regardless of level and we are encouraged to come up with creative ideas on how to solve problems. Company culture is amazing here, open floor plan allows for easy collaboration and the ability to pick things up quickly since you can just ask your neighbor (there's always a faster/better way to do something). The amount of ownership and impact I alone as an employee am able to make motivates me to put my best work in everyday.

Cons

Long hours and low pay were issues impacting the company for awhile but Wayfair has made strides in improvements here so it's less of a company wide con, and depends on the department/level. Because of Wayfair's growth there are also a ton of new people which can make navigating situations/networks tricky.
