- Great open work environment. - Young company - fun benefits like quarterly parties, snack wall, kegs in the kitchen, etc. - If you work hard, there is a lot of room to grow - everyone wants to see you succeed. - Great work/life balance. - People are coming up with/testing new ideas daily, there is a lot of room in the industry to grow and pave the way. - Leadership genuinely cares about employees, the company is constantly making updates to better suit employees needs and wants.

Cons

- There is a lot of change constantly - not necessarily a bad thing, but teams can shift gears quickly, and it can be common to change managers within a year.
