      Pros

      Wayfair is definitely a fun, young company that has the right balance between hard work and play. Open floor plan creates an engaging and interactive atmosphere. The B2B sales account manager role is an extremely rewarding position to be in with a lot of room for growth. Wayfair is full of long term career paths and I highly recommend working for this company!

      Cons

      I honestly can't think of any. I genuinely enjoy going to work each day and not many people can say that.

      Seemingly a young work place with a fair amount of energy, cool benefits in the form of pod outings, upward mobility at lower levels

      Cons

      Very little vision or commitment to a path, poor wages for young workers, little work life balance where generally wasted efforts seem to be rewarded in place of real results.

      Pros

      Great environment, excellent people, biggest opportunity is for learning. In the past 1.5 years I have learned a tremendous amount about supply chain logistics as well as developed excel, SQL, and general communication skills.

      Cons

      Most people come into Wayfair taking a pay cut. Lots of restructuring of teams and high turnover among lower level employees.
