Pros
-From my personal experience, there have been a lot of opportunities available to folks early on in their career -A lot of exposure to senior leadership--great opportunity to flex stakeholder management skills -Experience autonomy early on in your career and have a chance to move the "needle' in a big way -Great work/life balance
Cons
-Not sure if this is a con since I think this is true for all companies, but you need to be the one consistently managing-up and driving your career. There's a lot of opportunities, but you need to be pushing for more responsibility and if there's a project you want to get involved with, raise your hand!
