- Colleagues are super smart and kind. The people make this place so much fun and such a great place to learn! - Company is growing like gangbusters and long-term value creation makes up for lower than market starting salaries - Growing pains are inevitable, but I always appreciate that Wayfair has a roll-up-your-sleeves-and-fix-it attitude... benefits are always improving, org changes are made where needed, new process and tools are added when absolutely necessary. - In particular, the senior leaders are approachable, which has helped me surface some big issues and seen them resolved proactively. The Storefront PM focus on Pyschological Safety and the Learning Zone has been a great addition here!

Cons

- Everything they say is true... it's a big, fast-growing company... if you don't like messy, chaotic, unstructured, and fast-paced, please don't come here. You have to be flexible, entrepreneurial, and able to collaborate with lots of different people from all different areas of the company in order to be successful. I adore that. You might not.
