Pros

Ability the manage your own day at your own pace. You have some target goals like outbound call count and talk time but it's attainable. If you like hitting the phones, some what cold calling and hunting to build your book of business you're good. The base is nothing to brag about $30k.

Cons

The department has gone thru significant changes to have this role focus strictly on sales and eventually having a strong small, manageable account base however during this time sales are low unless you're lucky to get good accounts. Until you build your base would could take 6 plus months, you have to make $30k work. The base is low and not competitive, it's becoming glorified customer service.

Pros

I love Wayfair. This is a one of a kinda call center. The environment is great because there seems to be some sort of fun activity going on weekly, if not daily. Upper management allows for you to really think for yourself and what will work best for the customer. I would definitely recommend this company.

Cons

None. Really, this is an amazing place to be.

I LOVE my job!

Pros

I love my job at Wayfair. The environment is so positive. There is always some sort of activity (i.e., massages, drawings for sport event tickes) or food party (i.e., pod outings, potlucks, and donuts or cake that someone brings in) that is going on. The "snack wall" is always a favorite (i.e., cookies, crackers, chips, fresh fruit, nuts). The free soda, coffee, cocoa, flavor enhancers for water (i.e., Crystal Light, Hawaiian Punch) is great. There is things to do to decompress after challenging calls (i.e., ping pong, miniature golf, etc.) We play team games that keep us motivated (i.e., basketball, dart games, battleship). Management is completely approachable and listens to feedback, negative or positive and does something about it.

Cons

Not all the snacks (on the snack wall) are healthy. I would love more fresh veggies (they used to have carrots, but I rarely see them anymore) and low calorie options (100 calorie packs).
