Pros

Can be a fun place to work at (some of the people you work with are great, some are horrible). Good foot in the door place. Easy to move around in the company.

Cons

Very low pay, no sick days, very bad management. No one has experience; therefore, no one knows what they're doing.

Pros

Yes, Wayfair is a fun environment. They hired hundreds of young adults to work here, which gives you the opportunity to make great friends and have some good laughs and joke around at work. The atmosphere is cool. You get free snacks which is fun. But at the end of the day, you don't grow with the company.

Cons

To be honest, the company over-hired many many people. They took a wrong turn and let many of us go. SO- if you are applying here, THINK AGAIN. Training was pretty horrible. We learned nothing and sat there for 6 weeks going over the company culture and benefits. That was basically it.

Pros

free beer and snacks are not substitute for unsatisfying work. laid back, no formal dress code, frequent company parties and outings, good benefits

Cons

company is run by kids fresh out of college with no real world work experience. 85% + are under 25, first job out of college, young employees with bad attitudes. Management in not existent, zero direction or transparency of what is going on. you are expected to come up on your own with things to work on, things to do, and you will be penalized if its deemed not to par. open office, zero privacy, clicky environment, promotions are given based on bro status, rather than merit. super ciloed environment, get ready to work on one or 2 things and forget most of your skills.
