Pros

It's the entertainment industry, Baby!

Cons

Out of touch company. Software is from the 90's This whole sale to AT&T has put everyone on pins and needles so there is no real direction because everything is sort of in the air. I applied multiple times to other departments and nothing ever came from them. I went on one interview but they wanted to take me out of a FT position into a Temp position. Essentially giving up all my healthcare and benefits. Even though you get an e-mail telling you that you're an internal candidate and you will be considered, it's never really the case unless you know the hiring manager and have it in with him/her. The whole DC thing is a mess. They toot their horn that it makes millions of dollars but fail to address how the whole world is laughing at their failed attempts to mirror Marvel and what Disney is doing. They don't have anything exciting down the pipeline and WB is showing its age. In a day and age when a company like Disney can pull off huge buyouts and put out great movies. Netflix and Hulu are continuously pushing the envelope on streaming and content.... WB continues to fall behind due to its archaic business structures.

Pros

Occasional premiere invites, when lucky.

Cons

Very cut throat corporation. Backstabbing environment. Hard work is not appreciated, but brown nosing is compulsory. Badly managed workloads. Some people sitting around doing nothing, whilst others are rushed off their feet and working late.

Pros

Free Staff screenings. Great company for your CV.

Cons

* Old-school ties and toxic people who have been 'sitting ducks' in their jobs for over 20 years or more. *Weak leadership. Indecisiveness, bureaucracy and politics reign. It takes 5-10 meetings to make a decision. *Secretive closed meetings and finger pointing. * You will never get promoted or a raise if you do not fit the status quo. *Compliance is rewarded over performance. * Upper management want change but are stuck in a 70's time warp. * Some EA's run the departments - zero accountability from senior execs. * Company politics and lack of diversity in the staff. * They claim to be a 'Family' of employees and management makes you think your part of the team and matter but will treat contractors, interns and freelancers like they have no value. * Very political hires and fires.
