It takes 5-10 meetings to make a decision. *Secretive closed meetings and finger pointing. * You will never get promoted or a raise if you do not fit the status quo. *Compliance is rewarded over performance. * Upper management want change but are stuck in a 70's time warp. * Some EA's run the departments - zero accountability from senior execs. * Company politics and lack of diversity in the staff. * They claim to be a 'Family' of employees and management makes you think your part of the team and matter but will treat contractors, interns and freelancers like they have no value. * Very political hires and fires.
