Pros

- Good $, bonus and RSU

Cons

- Amazon is eating them alive and they are struggling to find a cohesive strategy - incredible churn in the team, especially Finance. - Horrible leaders in finance and operations (under statement), lack of how e-commerce P&L works at CFO level.

Pros

Opportunity to learn a lot with all the different areas and domains. Many different Career paths to choose from.

Cons

They have too many levels of management, managers who shouldn't be managers, not enough diversity training, and if you say anything that's outside of the box of how they think and behave, you will no longer have a job.
