Pros

Employee Benefits, Good Work Environment with friendly people overall!

Cons

If you need help completely finishing a task that’s very hard and pretty much impossible to do all by yourself with only one person you’re completely on your own with no help and somebody else randomly is allowed to replace your job position without you even knowing about it prior and you’re forced to go and work in different departments that you aren’t usually and normally familiar with! No work life balance whatsoever, if you work at Walmart unless you put in your two weeks notice and decide to quit you will be there everyday including every single holiday, it’s like pulling teeth to try and get management overall to give their employees much needed fair off day requests!
