Pros

Health benefits. It's good to have paid vacation, but you have to work there for at least a year. Your able to get promoted fast if you like to put yourself in management's position.

Cons

bad scheduling system, pay is not that great if your an hourly associate, management does not like work about your schedule.

Pros

Good pay, discount. That's about it.

Cons

Expect too much out of you. I had to cover 4 departments on the 2 busiest nights of the week all alone and the expected me to empty 10-14 pallets of freight. Management doesn't care about anyone but the other managers. There's a lot of favoritism.

Pros

The pay is way better than target and kmart.

Cons

They try to cut your hours so you wont get benefits. The hours. The hour break that you don't get paid for so your at work for 9hrs. The managers are stuck up and think they are better when they are not. The customers are not always right.
