Pros

Work schedule is a plus. Allows for coordinating family time. Benefits are good as well.

Cons

Not enough help to move freight from backroom to floor in a timely manner. Many sales lost due to inventory left in backroom. Store standards are below standard and unable to maintain due to lack of help.
