Pros

The people are terrific. Some say it is a difficult job but its pretty easy once you get your routines set.

Cons

The pilot program for a new schedule they are trying for management, 4 on 2 off 10 hour days when it used to be 3 on 3 off with 12 hour days. There are other retail stores that pay better.

Pros

It was a fairly relaxed environment, not a whole lot of pressure, coworkers and management were nice. Not an extremely demanding job by any means.

Cons

Sometimes it could be a little boring, on holidays it would get extremely busy and sometimes we would be understaffed. Could be a bit more organized during these days.

Pros

Steady job, 401k, HMO when offered. Sense of family and ownership.

Cons

Too much favoritism at store level. The stores are left to run themselves and it falls into the place where everyone just wants to have fun. No consistency with polices.
