Pros

You can get up to 40 hours/week, sometimes 35. 10% discount card after 3 months. You can join their healthcare plan after one year.

Cons

The hardest and lowest position in Walmart. No one is allowed to work over time, unless approved by the Department Manager. If you do they'll cut your hours next week. Paid vacation starts after two years. Too often, not enough people to work with the truck.

Pros

Usually a flexible schedule, part time is usually 32 hours, decent pay in certain departments

Cons

The gossip in Walmart is ridiculous, some management seem to favor certain people, always rude customers
