Pros

Pay was decent, hours were steady, promotions and raises given pretty regularly. Requested time off was always given for the most part.

Cons

Most of management lacked degrees and their management style reflected that. They were usually condescending. We were always understaffed and blamed for lines. Our employee turnover was in the 80's.

Pros

I believe the best job is an sales associate. Life is more under your control. And most feed back is positive.

Cons

Don't become part of the management team. Unless, you are unforgiving and you a can work as your whole team as one. If you get any feed back it is usually not good and does not stop
