Pros

Wal-mart was able to work with my difficult schedule so that I could take care of personal isues at my home.

Cons

Pay was not high enough so that I could support myself, because I was the only wage earner in my family

Pros

Good job if you have something else going on like school or if you want to become a manager.

Cons

Work you to death make you work overtime only to make you lose it later on in the week. Managment is very corrupt!! Turn blind eye to abusive supervisors and let slacker employees slide.

Pros

Good place to learn the business, given a ton of responsibility for being a college student, projects are actually meaningful, pay is up there with other internships

Cons

Culture (can be viewed as a plus or minus) can seem very cultish at times, NW Arkansas is not an ideal place to live (i.e. dry county amongst other things), many employees seem beat down and say career progression is difficult
