Pros

Possible bonus payed out based on store performance.

Cons

Poor communucation within the store. Management does not care about employees, just how fast you can get your work completed. There is NO set way to do your job. The way you do your job changes from week to week.

Pros

Wal-Mart just wants you to do your job. When you get off work, it most cases, someone else picks up where you left off. They don't really care what you do on your off time.

Cons

Most positions don't make that much money, and some customers are just rude and mean.
