Pros

1) If lucky can get to work on good projects 2) If you are ex yahoo employee or referred by ex yahoo and current walmart employee then free entry with good package.

Cons

1) Too much power rivalry between teams. 2) Bad management and HR policy 3) Very bad compensation and salary 4) Sudden implementation of bell curve so that employees with more than 1 year and not to be given bonus and benefits. 5) A lot of ex Yahoo emplyees who play favoritism for themselves. 6) Ex yahoo employees only try to project themselves as great 7) Sudden bell curve and bad ratings to employees all of a sudden just because someone at the top management dreamt of it. 8) Bonus will never be given if you cross 2 years of work. 9) No work life balance. Not at all.

Pros

Great opportunity to solve a lot of problems from the ground up. Get to learn a lot. Amazing software stack.

Cons

No collaboration between orgs. Subpar management vision. Chaotic atmosphere. No trust in employees. Senior management only questions what you do. Never part of the solution, always part of the problem.
