Pros

-Company has good pay scale -Good people to work with

Cons

- Here , your Manager is everything, if you don't agree with your manager he/she will screw you. - HRs are brainless fellow, who doesn't have any work and they don't take care of their employees. - Company's level is degrading, they are hiring in mass with low standard engineers.

This is not a product company. Culture is service based. Every day late night call and support. There is no work during working hour, rather there is support and meeting in non working hour. Designation is engineer, but after working 6 months feel like labour.
