Pros

Collaborative environment and Protected Paid Time Off

Cons

Low pay - you get paid the same as a door greeter, no holiday pay even when you're required to work on holidays, long hours, surplus of orders with impossible bars to reach and additional tasks on top of what you're already doing. They expect the most and pay the least. You will have no life if you work full time.
