Pros

Staff were very fun to work with Got free donuts Photo department is fun, get to make all sorts of stuff and talk to people about their lives

Cons

Understaffed Never got to fully work just the photo lab when I needed to because electronics was understaffed 90% of the day They would cut our bonuses all the time by a LOT Was labeled as part time but was worked just under full time so they didn't have to give me full benefits Most male managers were terrible and super sexist Would stick me in other departments for months on end that I was not trained on Really stupid point system Would get on you about keeping watch for thieves but never sent anyone to investigate if you called for security Would sometimes just randomly change your schedule without asking Managers from other departments would try to get you to do their work for them Very much disorganized everywhere Super old broken scanners that barely work most of the time Paid the women in the department way less than men, this was my first job and a girl who had years experience in retail prior to this job, including being a manager for a year, got paid the same as me and a boy who had 6 months experience working a register got paid 2 dollars more than her and I a year into us being there

Pros

Working in the photo lab, you tend to be left alone by management to focus on your department

Cons

LOW pay, high turnover, management doesn't care if you live or die
