Pros

Steady hours. Will always work 40 hours a week Benefits are available. Simple work. Mostly the same everyday. Good chance for promotions.

Cons

Set hours - If you work extra hours one week they will cut your hours the next week to make up for it. Pay is not that great

Pros

Pay is decent and benefits are ok

Cons

They own you... you work 35 hours but you almost never have a day off. Not uncommon to work 6-7 days straight.
