Pros

Hours are usually good. Pay is decent Benefits aren't terrible

Cons

Management has favorites Your work will never been good enough No recognition No moving up in the company if managers don't like you even if you are best for the job

Pros

Get to learn the ups and and downs of the whole store and also getting to work with different types of power equipment it was a great job

Cons

The grocery section of being an IM can be a little hectic but as long as you keep the area organized and clean you should never have to big of a problem there.
