Great experience, always paid on time, not the most money but enough for the workload.

Pros

Always paid on time, unlike some English schools. Very very manageable workload as a teacher. (Usually) great students and (usually) great coworkers. They help you get settled in the country, work to get your visa, apartment, etc.

Cons

Not much money. No effort to retain employees, so high turnover. Work six days a week (while not too many hours, this still limits your work/life balance somewhat).
