Pros

It's been a very positive introduction to teaching English, having come straight off the CELTA. The team are really supportive and friendly - they let you find your own style within the technique. There is a very friendly environment at work, where your individuality as a person is encouraged. Knowing i can transfer to a Wall Street School anywhere in the world is a great bonus for the travel hungry.

Cons

The lower teacher time than other techniques can cause anger amongst students, but the benefits of a real life scenario, speaking-heavy technique are easy to defend.

Pros

It's a good job to have while you are traveling and you want to make some extra cash. Also you get to work in a fun environment!

Cons

The bad thing is that if you stay and work for a longer period of time you realize that there are no benefits whatsoever and the bosses don't really care about their employees
