Slave work.

Pros

You don't really have to prepare anything. The material they have does serve for their methodology and it works for a substantial amount of people.

Cons

If you're a teacher of theirs in Latin America, expect low salaries – IF you get paid. HR there is as useful as a fork when eating soup; they can't write a formal document as expected, can't pay teachers in due time, and simply disappear from the hiring process once you're scouted.
