Pros

Good pay and benefits. Good career opportunities.

Cons

Unsavoury politics and ego battles abound. They push every woman out who has children whilst she is there eventually. They want you to be married to the company and even years of 12 hour days will count for nothing in their eyes once they decide they're not getting (more than) their pound of flesh. Ruthless and devisive.

Pros

Boots discount card offers discounts, but generally Superdrug is cheaper without the discount!

Cons

The place seems to run on fear and coercion, with little room for original input as a senior employee. Bullying tends to be the way people are silenced when they see things they disagree with, which is frequent.
