1. Pluralsight and MSDN subscription 2. Very friendly team environment

Cons

1. Management shows preferential treatment. Seems like you have to play some office politics to get ahead. 2. Medical benefits are not that great. Not many options to choose from. All of the plans are HDHP. 3. Engineering feedback seems not to be taken into account when making business decisions and directions of development of our product offerings. 4. Pay is not very competitive to begin with and pay increases are very low.
